Application :

With the first wand from the top of the cap, place the wand at the base of your upper lashes, wiggle it back and forth to coat the base and achieve naturally defined lashes. With the second wand using the same application method, you will get full volume lashes with the brush type on the wand. Slowly pull the wand upward toward the tips of your lashes. Use the tip of the wand to add length and make sure each lash is volumized and coated.
